After decades working in the energy conservation and natural stone industries, the Ferraro family had the opportunity to contribute to some of the nation's most prestigious luxury high-rise, multifamily, and large-scale commercial developments. Through these experiences, they gained invaluable insight into the systems, craftsmanship, and attention to detail required to deliver projects at the highest level.

While proud of their role in shaping landmark developments, the family felt called to create something of their own—an organization rooted in their values and dedicated to providing a more personalized construction experience. Adera Construction Group was established to bring the standards, expertise, and professionalism found on world-class projects to custom residential and commercial construction, while building meaningful, long-lasting relationships with every client.

The Evolution

One of our earliest projects was a custom residential build that allowed us to showcase our attention to detail, quality standards, and hands-on project management approach. The success of that project helped establish the foundation and reputation of the company creating the much needed word of mouth recommendations.
